Communications Committee Meetin

Let’s get started on coordinating communications.

Some of the goals might be to
o Ensure that upcoming events are advertised in a timely fashion in all appropriate media (newspapers, web, calendars, FB, newsletter, email messages, etc.
o Ensure that messages from SOV have a consistent visual presentation, so that without reading anything, someone familiar with, say our Web, knows that the email or letter or ad that they receive/see in the newspaper comes from SOV.
o Ensure that communications do happen!
o Is there a way to post an event once and publish it to these various media?
